Artillery -

Requires you to place a beacon on the ground. Then select it and activate when you want the artillery to be fired. It will be fired about 2 seconds later. The perimeter of the artillery is more than one screen. Make sure you are out of there before activating.
Can be useful on late waves. It can take out a group of slashers, Thanatos and other boss dogs. It can even be used on Hellspawn. If required, it can also be used to clear closedly grouped together trail of zombies to save ammo. The group of fats on wave 9 can also be artilleried if you wish to save the shiva for other uses.

Air Strike

Requires you to first designate one creep (zombie, dog, fat, etc) and then air strike. The air strike will be land a few seconds later in the direction of that the creep was moving towards. Therefore it is much less accurate or reliable than the Artillery, however, the blast radius is much smaller.

Some replays of successful Artillery here might be of help. Another important thing when using Artillery is placing road flares so that you can see when you need to activate if you have indeed planted a beacon in wait for an enemy.[/b]
