Since we have so few newcomers, I'm gonna suggest this idea. When we host games, whether n2 or SO, we are not to kick strangers if they are not dl-ers i.e they already have the map. As for dl-ers, it will be the host's decision to let them dl or not.
This is still a suggestion, so it's really up to the hosts to implement this. It may seem a hassle, but it'll be good for everyone in the long run as there will be more people to play with. As the NotD clan of BA, it's really up to us to build up the NotD community. Who else, if not us?

For SO if they have the map they are almost certainly not noob.
That's because most people that don't play don't have the map (its too big to dl).
For n2 alot of random people have it and out of them there have been a lot of idiots.
So I think what we are doing now is fine, let the host decide.

back when i had a lot more time, i played quite a lot of pubbies. Yeah there are a lot of idiotic nubs, but once in a while u get someone who is genuinely interested in NotD - that's when it becomes worth it.
