Below are information on what bonuses each medal gives you.
Medals can be classified into support medals or combat medals.
Support medals are based on 'supporting' such as healing people and making clips. Combat medals are based on kills.

(125 xp) +5 Mana, +2 Movement Speed, + 0.01 Mana Regeneration
Armed Services Commendation
(175 xp) + 5 Mana, +2 Movement Speed, + 0.01 Mana Regeneration
Department of Defense Meritorious Service
(225 xp) +10 Mana, +3 Movement Speed, + 0.01 Mana Regeneration
Department of Defense Superior Service
(275 xp) +10 Mana, +3 Movement Speed, + 0.02 Mana Regeneration
Department of Defense Distinguished Service
(325 xp) +15 Mana, +4 Movement Speed, + 0.03 Mana Regeneration

Marine Corps Commendation
(150 xp) +1 DMG, +5 HP, +0.01 HP Regeneration
Bronze Star
(215 xp) +1 DMG, +5 HP, +0.01 HP Regeneration
Marine Corps Medal of Heroism
(280 xp) +1 DMG +10 HP, +0.01 HP Regeneration
Silver Star
(345 xp) +2 DMG, +10 HP, +0.02 HP Regeneration

Medal of Honor - Can only be achieved after every other medal is earned.
(400/475 xp) +3 damage, +15HP, +15 Mana, +5% HP & Mana Regeneration, +4 Movement Speed, +5% Attack Speed Bonus, +25% Attack Splash Bonus
