All information can be found in-game

Below is a first in my coming post to clearly define all class, the first is my favourite to use class as he is very versatile in application

Quick Guide for New Players:
The grunt is a versatile soldier - a jack of all trades but a master of none. His main role is to gun down enemies and to cover the team. But with his diverse skills he fits perfectly with other roles as well. The grunt is a survivor: he can cope with critical situations more easily than any other class. This also makes the grunt a newbie-friendly class.

Pros
+Decent HP and firepower (Recommended to max out Light Weapons Proficiency)
+Morphine skill can heal up to 70 HP instantaneously
+Grenade skill

Cons
-Not specialized in anything (Not perfect for any job, but can handle any)

Getting to know the play style of the Grunt:
Learn the hot keys - there are only a few with no sub-menus, so they are easy to use. Press 'E' for Grenade and 'R' for Morphine. Whenever the team is under zombie attack, use the 'H'old key to stand still and fire. (With grenades be very careful as they can team kill, destroy items and blow up explosives demolitions have set)

Recommended Items for Grunt:
The grunt's standard need is U-2 or Armour Piercing ammunition. After the Heavy Support, he is next in line to receiving these modifiers when found. On armour concerns on the other hand, the grunt is last in line. Reactive Body Armour, and Kevlar Composite Armour go to the rest of the team first, so the grunt is usually left with a Kevlar vest. (Although Grunts can use item effective early and/or late game) The rest of the slots can be used to make the grunt a pack mule.

Things a Grunt shouldn't do:
There is little a Grunt can do to harm a team mate unless it is done purposely. The only aim is to not use the grenade too close to any team mates or items on the ground.

Grunt is also a very good class to gain service medals. There are a number of ways to do so..

1) Get open wound and max your morphine. keep using morphine whenever you can.

2) Max nade and use it whenever you can, regardless of whether there are creeps present.

3) Get yourself hurt using nade and morphine your health back. Figure out how to do it yourself =P
